The refinancing will be used to pay down existing indebtedness of $97 million, as well as provide incremental liquidity to fund organic and inorganic strategic initiatives in support of the company’s continued growth and expansion. Irish-based businesses spent on average €160,000 hosting data in the past year

  • One in five Irish-based businesses spent upwards of half a million euro on data hosting in the past 12 months

logo-telecityDublin, 24 September 2015 – TelecityGroup Ireland, a leading European data centre provider, today announced results of a survey of senior IT decision makers which found that Irish-based businesses spent an average of €160,000 on data hosting solutions in the past 12 months. One in five (19%) said they spent upwards of half a million euro on data hosting in the past 12 months.  The results were announced at the official opening of TelecityGroup’s new data centre in Blanchardstown Dublin, in the presence of Leo Varadkar TD, Minister for Health, representing Dublin West.
