Sea Fibre Networks is a uniquely carrier neutral subsea telco and owner and operator of CeltixConnect connecting Ireland to the UK. Recently announced further investment for expansion into Europe. 

Previously Director of Corporate Development with euNetworks, a pan-European telecom company involved in defining the business strategy, fundraising, M&A activity and corporate development. Deputy Chairman of the Advisory Board of euNetworks Germany. 

While at euNetworks played a major role in the listing of the company on the Singapore Stock Exchange, subsequent fundraising activities and acquisition of the Viatel network. As one of the first employees of euNetworks was a key member of the team managing the acquisition/rationalisation of the assets of Metromedia Fiber Networks in Europe

Diane is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate of University College Cork where she studied economics, finance, taxation, law and marketing. Previous to her industry experience she held a number of teaching and lecturing posts in business and economics.
